If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for stock refund within 30 days from purchase date.
How do i return my order?
You must contact the office prior to returning the item/s for the Authorisation Number and Returns Form to be email to you directly.
Items arriving without the appropriate documentation will incur a 20% restocking fee.
We recommend you send the item back via registered mail with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Sorry we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
All items will be processed promptly upon receipt and will be credited back to the same payment method as used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to clear your account.
All shoes/items are of standard retail quality and checked prior to shipping. Should a major fault be found, please contact us immediately within our 30 Day Guarantee to enable return or repair as we deem fit.
Please ensure all packaging/wrapping/box are kept in tacted and items are returned in the same manner as they were sent to you.
*Eastlayneshoes.com.au reserves the right to refuse returns for items that have been worn, used or unfit for resale. Items that have been worn or used will be refused based on condition or wear or treatment. Our recommendation is try out shoes on carpet.
